Being a modern mom is about more than achieving work-life balance. It’s about thriving. That’s why our team creates products that empower moms during their transition to new parenthood.

Our technology is designed for real users and backed by science, so that postnatal care is comfortable and compatible with all of life’s successes. Because moms deserve more.

Earlier this year, we launched the Lilu Gen 2 and we’re excited to share all the major improvements you can expect from this newer, sleeker model.

You pump more milk.

The CDC, UNICEF and World Health Organization recommend that moms feed their babies breast milk exclusively for the first six months of life.

Breast pumps aren't as efficient as baby nursing, so 2/3 of moms rely on breast massage while pumping to produce enough milk to feed their babies. Limited maternity leave in the US and tough work schedules pose extra challenging for working moms.

Research from Stanford shows that performing massage while breastfeeding can result in 50% more milk per session. This leads us to our next point.

You save time and energy.

Even though performing massage while breastfeeding can yield significantly more milk, help establish your milk supply, and alleviate clogged ducts, it’s exhausting, time-consuming and stressful. The Lilu Gen 2 makes breast pumping more efficient and productive by massaging your breasts automatically.

Gen 2 comes with a rechargeable controller that powers the massage cushions that sit inside the bra and contours your body. There are two message settings: low and high. You can recharge it with a regular USB (included with every purchase), and lasts for up to two hours of pumping.

Our bra takes care of the heavy lifting, so you can go hands-free. On average, moms who pumped with the Lilu Massage Bra saw 30%-55% more milk per session.

Moms also report loving the massage, saying it helps them get more or faster letdowns, (hi oxytocin!) and that it’s a reminder that pumping does not have to feel uncomfortable and that it’s important to feel relaxed while pumping as being relaxed is super important too, in order to pump milk.

It’s comfortable AND convenient.

Your body has been through a lot in the past nine months; let’s give it a bit of a break. The Lilu Gen 2 features ultra smooth shoulder straps, for secure and smooth pump bottle support.

The waist bands are both stronger and softer, so you are comfortable every time you pump. Plus, our bra is highly adjustable around the waist and shoulders to adapt to your changing body. Refined massage cushions make it easy to put your flanges through the bra.

In terms of fabric, we wanted to provide optimal support while still keeping it breathable. That’s why there are three layers of fabric—the Inner DRI-FIT layer is the one in contact with your skin and is super soft and wicks moisture away.

It offers extra support...in more ways than one.

Support comes in many forms, and we’re doing our best to make your life a little easier. Not only does our bra feature pockets to hold the massage cushions in place and provides bottle support, we’ve also partnered with the Mahmee Team

With every purchase of the Lilu Massage Bra, you get access to one free Virtual Class with a Lactation Consultant on Mahmee’s digital platform and 1 month of free 24/7 lactation support through text messaging with the Mahmee Team.

Mahmee consists of lactation consultants, registered nurses, nutritionists who can help you get answers to all of your questions about low milk supply, clogged ducts, breast milk storage, going back to work and how the Lilu Massage Bra can help increase your breast milk output.
