Deleting your information
Email hi@wearlilu.com and tell us what you would like removed. Your request reaches a person, not an automated tool.
We will delete what we hold about you across every system we use — your store account and order history, our email and marketing records, and any beta, research or story materials you gave us.
The Lilu MilkSense app is being discontinued and its database shut down, so we will not hold app data about anyone.
Some records we are required by law to keep — order and payment records for tax and accounting, and anything covered by an ongoing legal obligation. We retain those only for as long as the law requires, and we will tell you if any apply to you.
We verify identity before acting, and respond within the time your local law requires — one month in the UK and EEA, 45 days in California, each extendable where the law allows. There is no charge.
